基于“三全育人”理念的医学新专业培养模式探索——以安徽医科大学妇幼保健医学专业为例
Exploration on a New Medical Professional Training Mode Based on the Concept of “Three-pronged Comprehensive Education”:Taking the Major of Maternal and Child Health of Anhui Medical University as an Example
【摘要】 将“三全育人”理念融入高校人才培养各环节,培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人,是新时代高校的重要使命。基于“三全育人”理念,安徽医科大学公共卫生学院创新妇幼保健医学专业人才培养模式,经过7年多的探索,初步构建了“三全育人”全要素融入妇幼保健医学专业人才培养模式的基本格局,落实了素质教育的要求和原则,德、智、体、美、劳均衡发展的“三全育人”良好氛围基本形成,学生培养质量不断提升。该文总结安徽医科大学推进“三全育人”理念下的妇幼保健医学专业人才培养的基本经验,对进一步加强和改进高校思想政治工作以及探索新设医学专业创新人才培养模式具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 It is an important mission of colleges and universities to integrate the concept of “three-pronged comprehensive education” into all aspects of talents development in the new era, and to cultivate socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique, aesthetics and labor. Based on the concept of “three-pronged comprehensive education”, the School of Public Health of Anhui Medical University innovated the talent training model of maternal and child health medicine. After more than seven years of exploration, the basic pattern of “three-pronged comprehensive education” integrating all elements into the talent training model of maternal and child health medicine has been initially constructed, and the requirements and principles of quality education have been implemented. A good atmosphere of “three-pronged comprehensive education”, which explores the balanced development of morality, intelligence, physique, aesthetics and labor, has been basically formed, and the quality of student training has been continuously improved. This paper summarizes the basic experience of promoting the talent training of maternal and child health medicine under the concept of “three-pronged comprehensive education” in Anhui Medical University, which is of great significance for further strengthening and improving the ideological and political work of universities and exploring the innovative talent training model of new medical majors.
