【摘要】 围绕“互联网+”背景下金融专业人才培养面临的新课题、新挑战，按照目标导向、体系主体、合作抓手、师资保障的思路，基于培养目标再定位、教学体系再创新、校企合作再深入、师资建设再提升框架，系统阐释了“互联网+金融”态势下高校金融专业人才培养的新定位、新要求、新举措。同时，兼顾考虑“互联网+”条件下合作办学、协同育人的积极意义，融入企业育人元素，强调了校企合作办学对高校教学能力和水平，尤其是实践教学与师资培训的积极促进作用。研究结论能够为高校融合“互联网+”与校企合作、推进金融学专业教育教学改革提供理论参考和实践借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Focusing on the new issues and big challenges faced by the training of financial talents under the background of“Internet +”and according to the ideas of goal-orientation, system principal, cooperation focus and faculty guarantee, this paper systematically explains the new positioning, requirement and measure of training financial talents in colleges and universities under the situation of“Internet + finance”based on the framework of repositioning of training objectives, re-innovation of teaching system, deepening of college-enterprise cooperation and re-improvement of teaching staff construction. At the same time, taking the positive significance of cooperative and collaborative education under“Internet +”into account and integrating the element of enterprise education, it emphasizes the beneficial promoting effect of college-enterprise cooperative education in improving teaching ability and level especially in case of practical teaching and teacher training. The research conclusion could provide theoretical reference and practical application for colleges and universities to integrate“Internet +”and collegeenterprise cooperation to promote the education and teaching reform of the finance specialty.更多还原
