【Abstract】 The key to getting rid of the negative influence of“five-centric”on postgraduate training is to change the training quality evaluation method that only emphasizes on the results but not the process, and only emphasizes on the quantity but not the quality. Building and applying to management practice a quality assurance system based on the whole process of postgraduate training, which includes innovation in enrollment methods, improvement of classified training mode, improvement of training quality monitoring mechanism, and reform of dissertation quality evaluation mechanism, have already improved the training quality significantly, especially in the quality of students, the quality of dissertations and the ability to innovate in scientific research.更多还原
