【摘要】 就业育人是落实立德树人根本任务的重要环节。高校就业指导课程作为落实就业育人理念的主渠道，具有思想价值引领、职业能力培养、社会需求对接等重要意义。立足新时代社会发展需求，面对课程体系建设不系统、协同育人作用不充分的高校就业指导课程现状，探索优化师资队伍、挖掘思政元素、强化实践教学、规范教学工具、更新课程教材、构建翻转课堂等教学改革路径，以期实现就业育人目标，培养堪当民族复兴重任的时代新人。更多还原

【Abstract】 Employment and education is an important link in the implementation of the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education.As the main channel to implement the concept of employment and education,the career guidance course in colleges and universities has important significance in ideological value guidance,vocational ability training,and social demand docking.Based on the needs of social development in the new era,in the face of the current situation of the course,such as unsystematic construction of the curriculum system,and insufficient role of collaborative education,this paper explores the paths of teaching reform such as optimizing the teaching staff,mining ideological and political elements,strengthening practical teaching,standardizing teaching tools,updating curriculum materials,and constructing flipped classroom,so as to achieve the goal of employment and education and cultivate a new generation who are capable of shouldering the responsibilities of national rejuvenation.更多还原
