【Abstract】 Guided by the spirit of“Red Craftsman”,the general requirements of fostering virtue through education are integrated throughout this study and the CDIO theory is organically integrated with curriculum construction,ideological and political education,and discipline competitions.A new“five-in-one”teaching reform model based on the integration of professional courses and discipline competitions which is applicable to the training of talents in local application-oriented universities is proposed.The comprehensive quality requirements of new engineering talents are reflected,students’ ideal personality is cultivated,and their political quality is improved too.A new way to improve the innovation ability,team cooperation ability and engineering practice ability of mechanical application-oriented talents is provided.更多还原
