高职“双师型”教师队伍建设的研究——基于利益相关者理论的视野
Research on the Construction of “Double Qualified” Teaching Staff in Higher Vocational Colleges:Based on the View of Stakeholder Theory
【摘要】 从利益相关者理论的视角入手，分析了高职“双师型”教师队伍建设中存在的问题，提出了加强“双师型”教师队伍建设的管理措施。
【Abstract】 From the perspective of stakeholder theory, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of “double qualified” teaching staff in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward the management measures to strengthen the construction of “double qualified” teaching staff.
