【摘要】 元宇宙是基于多种新型技术融合和发展的“虚拟现实世界”，是虚拟社会与现实社会的结合、融合和映射，将颠覆和超越现有的互联网环境，为各行各业带来全新的机遇和挑战。首先阐述了元宇宙与数字内容产业的基本概念及特点，并梳理了数字内容产业的发展困境，在此基础上探讨了元宇宙在解决数字内容产业发展困境方面的机遇及面临的新挑战，包括法律、金融和技术等方面的风险，最后提出了针对性的解决策略，为探索数字内容产业在元宇宙中的应用提供参考借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 The meta-universe is a“virtual reality world”based on the integration and development of a variety of new technologies. It is the combination,integration and mapping of virtual society and real society,which will subvert and surpass the existing Internet environment and bring new opportunities and challenges to all walks of life. This paper first expounds the basic concepts and characteristics of metacom and the digital content industry,and sorts out the development dilemma of the digital content industry. On this basis,it discusses the opportunities and new challenges faced by metacom in solving the development dilemma of the digital content industry,including legal,financial and technical risks,and finally puts forward targeted solutions.
