好房子用好砂浆——改性玻化微珠轻质砂浆研究与应用

【摘要】 在碳达峰、碳中和的战略背景要求下,国家对建筑节能的要求也愈加提高。外墙、屋面和楼板都是建筑节能的必要部位,开展围护结构保温材料的应用研究对于提高建筑节能效果有重要意义。改性玻化微珠轻质砂浆作为一种新型绿色节能建筑材料,不但轻质高强、能在满足找平功能物理力学性能要求的前提下,导热系数低、抗老化、耐候性好、防火绝燃、保温隔热、隔音降噪而且防开裂空鼓性能佳、施工便捷、绿色环保,具有很好的社会、经济效益。

【Abstract】 Under the strategic background of "Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality", China has put higher requirements for building energy conserv ation. Exterior walls, roofs and floors are all necessary parts for building energy conservation. Research on the application of envelope insulation mate rials is of great significance for improving building energy conservation. As a new type of green energy saving building material, modified glass bead s enjoys not only lightweight and highstrength, but also has several characteristics while meeting the physical and mechanical performance requireme nts of the leveling function, including low thermal conductivity, antiaging, good weather resistance, fireproof and flameproof, thermal insulation, soun d insulation and noise reduction, as well as good anticracking and hollowing performance, convenient construction, green and environmentally friendl y, which has achieved good social and economic benefits.
