【Abstract】 In response to the inevitable trend of digital transformation in the traditional construction industry and to address issues such as the difficulty of verifying the authenticity of acceptance documents and the lack of precise control over construction quality, an open construction project management system has been developed. Built upon the "Construction Project Three-Dimensional Space Model", this system enables realtime collection and analysis of information on the use of construction materials, which provides relevant entities with real-time status information on progress, quality, funding, and safety, as well as various comprehensive analytical data, thereby establishing industrial interconnection in the field of construction engineering.
