【摘要】 本项目旨在解决建筑节能减排领域面临的多重难题,如建筑光伏大规模接入并网难、电梯发电利用难造成巨大浪费、电动汽车充电需求的冲击、建筑用电电力系统扩容难等。通过自主研发绿色建筑微电网规划设计和节能控制关键技术,实现区域建筑的低碳规划设计,并研制出建筑微电网及智能化网络控制成套自主装备,将光伏发电、电梯发电、电动汽车充电等进行多目标柔性控制,实现绿色建筑节能低碳。该项目具有新颖性,并具有重要的实际应用和市场开发价值,可以为我国建筑节能领域提供系统性的“低碳方案”,推动我国建筑业向着更加绿色、可持续的方向发展。

【Abstract】 This project aims to solve multiple challenges in the field of building energy conservation, such as difficulties in large-scale grid connection of building photovoltaics, significant waste caused by elevator power generation utilization difficulties, impact of electric vehicle charging demand,and difficulties in expanding building power systems. By independently developing key technologies for green building microgrid planning and design and energy-saving control, this project aims to achieve low-carbon planning and design for regional buildings and develop a complete set of autonomous equipment for building microgrid and intelligent network control. This will enable multi-objective flexible control for photovoltaic power generation, elevator power generation, electric vehicle charging, and other objects to ensure green buildings. This project is novel and has significant practical application and market development value, and can provide a systematic “low-carbon solution” for building energy conservation in China,promoting the development of the building industry towards a more green and sustainable direction.
