复杂环境超长超大顶管工程成套施工装备与技术研发及应用
Research and Application on Complete Construction Equipment and Technology of Super-long and Super-large Pipe Jacking Project in Complex Environments
【摘要】 项目紧扣城市基础设施建设和高质量发展需求,通过产、学、研、用联动模式,聚焦复杂环境超长超大顶管工程关键技术核心要素开展了重点攻关,分别从超长距离圆形顶管和超大断面矩形顶管工程施工力学特性及设计方法、成套装备与集成控制系统、关键施工工艺等方面进行研究。创新建立了基于管土水共同作用、阵列推进和环境安全的顶管分析方法和设计技术;开发了适应复杂地层、超长距离和特大断面的顶管掘进设备体系;研发了智能控制、精准顶进和静默穿越的顶管系列施工工艺。项目取得了大量原创性技术成果,有效解决了复杂环境超长超大顶管工程中的系列技术难题,保障工程与环境安全,引领了顶管技术的发展,推动了行业的科技进步,社会经济效益显著。
【Abstract】 The project closely follows the needs of urban infrastructure construction and high-quality development, and focuses on the key technical core elements of super-long and super-large pipe jacking projects in complex environments through the linkage mode of production, education,research, and application. The research is conducted from the aspects of construction mechanical characteristics and design methods, complete equipment, integrated control system, and key construction processes of super-long distance circular pipe jacking and super-large cross-section rectangular pipe jacking projects, innovatively establishes the pipe jacking analysis methods and design techniques based on pipe-soil-water interaction, array propulsion and environmental safety, develops a system of pipe jacking and tunneling equipment suitable for complex formations,super-long distances, and super-large cross sections, and formulates a series of pipe jacking construction processes with intelligent control, precise jacking, and silent crossing. The project has achieved a large number of original technical achievements, that can effectively solve a series of technical problems in complex and super-long pipe jacking projects, safeguard the engineering and environmental safety, usher the development of pipe jacking technology, and promote the scientific and technological progress in the industry, which has achieved significant social and economic benefits.
