“新工科”背景下的创新型人才培养模式浅谈

【摘要】 当前,随着科技的快速发展以及国际教育的深度变化,大国博弈加剧,世界进入了创新引领的发展时期。在此背景下,培养具备创新及实践能力的全面复合型人才已成为当前高校发展的重要着力点。本文基于“新工科”的建设理念,针对目前高校教学中单一教学模式的问题,通过教学模式改革,建立理论教学与实践的多层次有效结合,以构建多元化教学模式、以赛促教、校企合作为突破口,提高“新工科”下的工程教育培养质量。

【Abstract】 At present, with the rapid development of science and technology and the profound changes in international education, the game between great powers has intensified, and the world has entered a period of innovation-led development.Under this background, it has become an important point for the development of colleges and universities to cultivate all-round compound talents with innovation and practical ability.Based on the construction concept of "New Engineering" and aiming at the problem of single teaching mode in current college teaching, this paper establishes a multi-level effective combination of theoretical teaching and practice through the reform of teaching mode, and aims to improve the quality of engineering education under "New Engineering" by constructing a diversified teaching mode, promoting teaching through competition and cooperation between schools and enterprises.
