【摘要】 目的：文章旨在探讨翻译器结合PPT录制型微课在呼吸内科全英班见习课远程教学中的应用效果。方法：通过将翻译器与PPT录制型微课结合，采用微信和钉钉群对广西医科大学全英班的留学生进行远程教学，通过调查问卷和考试成绩评价教学效果。结果：共178名学生参与问卷调查和期末考试评估，结果显示，84.8%的学生认为PPT内容易懂，88.2%的学生对带旁白的解说声音非常满意，97.8%的学生表示会继续使用带旁白的PPT进行学习。期末考试成绩也显示，实施后成绩明显提高。结论：翻译器结合PPT录制型微课结合微信和钉钉群讨论的远程教学模式能够有效解决语音口音不准确的问题，提升留学生的学习效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: The purpose of this paper is to explore the application effect of translator combined with PPT recording micro-course in the distance teaching of respiratory medicine. Methods: By combining the translator with PPT-recorded micro-courses, WeChat and Ding Ding groups were used to conduct remote teaching for international students in all English classes of Guangxi Medical University. The teaching effect was evaluated through questionnaires and test scores. Results: A total of 178 students participated in the questionnaire survey and final examination evaluation. The results showed that 84.8 % of the students thought that the PPT content was easy to understand, 88.2 % of the students were very satisfied with the narration voice, and 97.8 % of the students said that they would continue to use the PPT with narration for learning. The final exam results also show that the results have improved significantly after the implementation. Conclusion: The remote teaching mode of translator combined with PPT recording micro-course combined with We Chat and Dingding groups discussion can effectively solve the problem of inaccurate phonetic accent and improve the learning effect of foreign students.更多还原
