【摘要】 文章分析了地方高校农科专业的现状，探究了产教融合对人才培养的影响及复合型人才培养模式的应用情况，并揭示地方高校农科专业复合型人才培养的特征。基于以上分析，提出深化产教融合，改革教学模式的策略，以及强化实践教学，培养复合型人才的方法。研究成效主要体现在理论成果和实践成果两个方面，对地方高校农科专业复合型人才培养具有积极的推动作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article analyzes the current situation of agricultural majors in local universities, explores the impact of industry education integration on talent cultivation, and the application of composite talent cultivation models. It also reveals the characteristics of composite talent cultivation in agricultural majors in local universities. Based on the above analysis,strategies are proposed to deepen the integration of industry and education, reform teaching models, and strengthen practical teaching to cultivate versatile talents. The research results are mainly reflected in both theoretical and practical achievements,which have a positive promoting effect on the cultivation of composite talents in agricultural majors in local universities.更多还原
