【摘要】 文章分析了职业教育产教融合在规章制度、组织机构、人员安排、运行方式和评价保障等方面的现状。指出在推行过程中存在运行效果不佳、行政管理不到位、企业积极性不高、产教融合资源配置不均衡和评价体系不完善等问题。提出提高政策执行力度、培养企业积极性、优化资源配置、完善评价体系、强化实践教学、促进协同发展等推进职业教育产教融合的建议。旨在为未来职业教育产教融合的高质量发展提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article analyzes the current status of vocational education integration of industry and education in terms of regulations, organizational structures, personnel arrangements, operation methods, and evaluation guarantees. It points out the problems existing in the implementation process, such as poor operational efficiency, inadequate administrative management, and low enthusiasm among enterprises, imbalanced resource allocation, and an imperfect evaluation system. The article proposes suggestions to improve policy implementation, cultivate enterprise enthusiasm,optimize resource allocation, perfect the evaluation system, strengthen practical teaching, and promote coordinated development, aiming to provide a reference for the high-quality development of vocational education integration of industry and education in the future.更多还原
