【Abstract】 The disciplinary teacher community is an important platform for the development of the teaching team and teaching innovation, which can promote the sharing and dissemination of experience among teachers and provide strong support for the development of teachers’ professional abilities. The development of information technology has provided new operating conditions for teacher communities. Schools at all levels should adjust the construction mode of subject teacher communities in light of environmental changes, innovate strategies for building subject teacher communities from aspects such as community spatial structure, teacher learning and development mechanisms, and optimize the operation mechanism of communities to more effectively play a promoting role of communities in teacher development.更多还原
