【摘要】 研究生的论文撰写能力和水平直接反映了研究生的科研能力，影响研究生的培养质量。文章基于生物学实验性学科的特点，分析了目前生物学相关专业研究生论文撰写存在的问题及其影响因素，在此基础上提出了四条研究生论文撰写能力提升策略。加强对研究生实验操作技能训练，开展文献阅读能力提升训练，开设专门的论文写作指导课程，完善导师管理制度增强导师责任意识，真正实现从研究生、导师，到培养单位的三方联动，提高研究生的论文撰写能力，从而提高研究生的培养质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper writing ability of postgraduates directly reflects the research ability and the education quality of postgraduates. Based on the experimental characteristics of biology, this paper analyzes the problems and influencing factors in the master’s paper writing, we put forward four strategies to improve postgraduate paper writing ability.Including: strengthen the training of experimental operation skills for postgraduates, carrying out literature reading ability improvement training, setting up a special thesis writing instruction course, perfecting the supervisor management system and strengthen the supervisor’s responsibility consciousness, realize the three-way linkage from graduate students,supervisors to training units.
