地方高校校企协同育人模式与保障机制构建研究——以土木类专业BIM技术人才培养为例

【摘要】 文章针对国内地方高校土木类专业在BIM技术人才培养中现存的问题,积极探索了校企协同培养土木类专业BIM技术人才的方式方法。对BIM技术人才校企协同培养模式中培养计划制订、教学内容、基地建设、师资建设等环节以及校企协同的保障机制进行了客观、系统的论述。本研究成果在建立符合新工科建设要求的校企协同育人体系方面取得了较好成效,为构建BIM技术人才培养模式提供了参考借鉴,也为新工科建设背景下地方高校开展高质量的校企协同育人积累了实践经验。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problems existing in the cultivation of BIM technology talents for civil engineering majors in domestic local universities, the ways of university-enterprise collaboration in the cultivation of BIM technology talents for civil engineering majors are actively explored. This paper objectively and systematically discusses the formulation of training plan, teaching content, base construction, teaching staff construction and other links of university-enterprise collaboration in the cultivation mode of BIM technology talents, as well as the safeguard mechanism of universityenterprise collaboration. The research results of the paper have achieved good effects in establishing the education system of university-enterprise collaboration accordance with the requirements of the emerging engineering education construction, it provides reference for the construction of cultivation mode of BIM technology talents and also accumulates practical experience for local universities to carry out high-quality university-enterprise collaborative education under the background of emerging engineering education construction.
