【Abstract】 At present, there is an urgent shortage of integrated circuit professionals. If colleges and universities want cultivate innovative talents that meet the needs of national strategy and industry development, they must follow the road of integration of industry and education. By exploring the collaborative education mode of integration of production and education, they can promote the organic connection of education chain, talent chain, and industry chain, innovation chain. Supported by the symbiosis theory, we analyze the connotation of the integration of industry and education in the field of Integrated Circuits from the perspective of great thought and politics. Meanwhile, we propose specific measures in three dimensions of proprietary capabilities, symbiotic energy and symbiotic environment from the perspective of practice.
