基于共生理论的集成电路领域产教融合研究
Research on Integration of Industry and Education in IC Field Based on Symbiosis Theory
【摘要】 当前集成电路专业人才紧缺,培养适应国家战略和行业发展需求的创新型人才,高校需探索产教融合的协同育人模式,促进教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链的有机衔接。以共生理论作为支撑,解析思政视域下集成电路领域产教融合的内涵,并从实践的角度,提出从匹配专有能力、寻求共生能量、营造共生环境3个层面开展工作的具体举措,为探索契合集成电路产业需求的产教融合育人模式提出思路。
【Abstract】 At present, there is an urgent shortage of integrated circuit professionals. If colleges and universities want cultivate innovative talents that meet the needs of national strategy and industry development, they must follow the road of integration of industry and education. By exploring the collaborative education mode of integration of production and education, they can promote the organic connection of education chain, talent chain, and industry chain, innovation chain. Supported by the symbiosis theory, we analyze the connotation of the integration of industry and education in the field of Integrated Circuits from the perspective of great thought and politics. Meanwhile, we propose specific measures in three dimensions of proprietary capabilities, symbiotic energy and symbiotic environment from the perspective of practice. That will put forward the construction ideas for exploring the industry education integration education mode that meets the needs of the industry.
