胶束中柚皮素与紫杉醇的含量测定
Determination of naringin and paclitaxel in micelles
【摘要】 目的:采用高效液相色谱法,建立同时测定紫杉醇和柚皮素共载胶束中柚皮素与紫杉醇含量的方法。方法:采用Waters Symmetry C18色谱柱(250×4.6 mm, 5μm);流动相为甲醇:水=72:28(V∶V);检测波长为227 nm;柱温为30℃;流速为1 mL·min-1,进样量为20μL。结果:柚皮素和紫杉醇在0.312 5~10.00μg·mL-1和0.312 0~10.02μg·mL-1浓度范围内峰面积与进样量呈良好的线性关系,方法的专属性、精密度、稳定性和回收率均符合要求。结论:该方法简便、准确,可用于同时测定紫杉醇前药装载柚皮素胶束中柚皮素与紫杉醇的含量。
【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of naringin and paclitaxel in NAR/MDSP micelles by HPLC. Methods: Waters symmetry C18 column(250 × 4.6 mm, 5 μm)as the chromatographic column; methanol∶water = 72∶28(V∶V)as the mobile phase; The detection wavelength was 227 nm; The column temperature was 30 ℃; The flow rate was 1 mL·min-1, and the sample size was 20 μL. Results: The specificity, precision, stability and recovery of the method meet the requirements. At concentrations ranging between 0.312 5~10.00 μg·mL-1and 0.312 0~10.02 μg·mL-1, peak area of naringin and paclitaxel showed good linear relationship. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate that it can be used for the simultaneous determination of determination of naringin and paclitaxel in naringenin micelles loaded with paclitaxel prodrug
