【摘要】 医用粘胶相关性皮肤损伤(MARSI)是住院患者常见的医源性皮肤损伤，不仅影响老年慢性病患者疾病的恢复，也加重了护理负担和患者的经济负担。本文主要介绍了老年慢性病患者发生MARSI的原因及现状，分析了MARSI的临床表现及分型，总结了临床老年慢性病患者发生MARSI的高危因素，进一步探讨了MARSI筛查工具的适用性，并从MARSI知识培训、患者皮肤护理、多学科合作等方面提出预防老年慢性病患者发生MARSI的护理措施，以期降低临床老年慢性病患者MARSI的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Medical adhesive-associated skin injury(MARSI) is a common medical skin injury in clinical inpatients, which delays the progress of disease treatment in elderly patients with chronic diseases and increases the burden of care and patients’ economic burden. This paper introduces the causes and current situation of MARSI in elderly chronic disease patients, analyzes the clinical manifestations and typing of MARSI, summarizes the high-risk factors for the occurrence of MARSI in clinical elderly chronic disease patients, further discusses the applicability of MARSI screening tools, and proposes the prevention of MARSI in elderly chronic disease patients from the aspects of MARSI knowledge training, patient skin care, and multidisciplinary cooperation We also proposed nursing measures to prevent MARSI in elderly chronic disease patients in terms of MARSI knowledge training, patient skin care and multidisciplinary cooperation, in order to reduce the incidence of MARSI in clinical elderly chronic disease patients.更多还原
