【Abstract】 Tumor hyperthermia is safe and effective, with low adverse reactions, and has synergistic effect with other treatment methods. Hyperthermia mainly improves the effect of radiotherapy and chemotherapy by directly killing tumor cells and exerting sensitization effect. The sensitization effect of hyperthermia on chemotherapy is particularly remarkable. This article reviews the research of hyperthermia in the field of malignant tumor treatment in recent years. We reviewed the basis of hyperthermia and its mechanism of chemosensitization for human tissue cell lymphoma, breast cancer, gastrointestinal cancer and skin cancer, so as to provide reference for tumor treatment in the future.更多还原
