工程教育需要实现多重超越
Engineering Education Needs to Achieve Multiple Transcendence
【摘要】 数字—智能技术促使信息世界与物理世界不断融合,工程需要处理的内容、形式以及企业组织结构等底层逻辑正在发生改变。为培养工程师应对工程新变化的能力,工程教育需要实现多重超越。超越传统的工程问题空间,培养学生在数字空间解决更多不确定、无固定模式、相关关系问题的能力;超越人类思维的局限,使学生不仅了解更能开发具有非人类思维的智能系统;超越传统思维方式,注重培养学生的批判性思维、溯因思维和整合思维;超越人的存在环境与形式,在数字—智能技术更深融入人的存在时彰显人文价值关怀;最后,工科教师要超越自身,挖掘教育者在创造性培养和情感交流方面的价值。
【Abstract】 Digital-intelligent technology promotes the continuous integration of the information world and the physical world, and the underlying logic such as the content and the form that engineering needs to deal with as well as organizational structure of enterprises is changing. In order to cultivate the ability of engineers to cope with new changes in engineering, engineering education needs to achieve multiple transcendence, including: transcending the traditional engineering problem space and cultivating students’ ability to solve more uncertain, unpredictable and correlated problems in digital space; transcending the limitations of human thinking and enabling students not only know but also develop intelligent systems with nonhuman thinking; transcending traditional ways of thinking and focusing on cultivating students’ critical thinking, abductive thinking and integrative thinking; transcending the environment and form of human existence and showing humanistic value and concern when digital-intelligence technology is more deeply integrated into human existence; finally, engineering teachers should transcend themselves and explore the value of educators in creative cultivation and emotional communication.
