【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the healing effect of various organic solvent extraction parts of Dalbergia pinnata alcohol extract on skin wounds. Methods The alcoholic extract of Dalbergia pinnata was prepared according to the optimized extraction process, and then different polar solvents were used to obtain different polar parts of the alcohol extract of Dalbergia pinnata. Burn and wound models were established to screen out the extraction sites with better effect on skin wound healing. Results Under the optimal extraction process, the extraction rate of alcohol extract was(65.32±0.72) % and the total flavonoid content was(2.45±0.04) %. The Dalbergia pinnata powder and the ethyl acetate fraction could significantly promote wound healing. The pathway might be to promote the expression of TGF-β1 in the early stage of the wound. Conclusion The ethyl acetate part of Dalbergia pinnata is the optimal extraction site to significantly promote wound healing, and also with highest extraction rate, which provide an experimental basis for the effective external medicines of Dalbergia pinnata.
