【摘要】 随着城市发展进入新阶段，城市扩张放缓。为了促进城市地下公共空间的更好发展，城市开始向立体化和集约化方向迈进。城市的地下空间具有很大发展潜力，其中对既有城市广场绿地的地下空间进行开发，能解决交通拥堵与步行优化、用地紧张与公共空间需求、历史保护与城市更新、生态恶化与城市发展等城市发展的矛盾，同时两者结合开发，有互补优势。文章通过分析国内外案例，总结出不同类型的城市广场和绿地开发模式以及目前的开发趋势，为以后地下空间开发提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 With urban expansion slows down, city development moves toward three-dimensional and intensive direction. The development of the underground space of the existing urban square and green space can solve the contradiction of urban development, such as traffic congestion and pedestrian optimization, land shortage and public space demand, historical preservation and urban renewal, ecological deterioration and urban development. And theirs combined development has complementary advantages. This study summarized different types of urban square and green space development mode and the current development trend by analyzing domestic and foreign cases, and provided reference for future underground space development.更多还原
