冻融环境含水率对墩柱混凝土劣化的影响研究

【摘要】 基于ABAQUS有限元分析软件,利用python语言二次开发出混凝土内部含水率设定脚本,对钢筋混凝土墩柱进行有限元模拟。在钢筋混凝土墩柱内部水的质量分数分别为0%,1%,2%,3%,4%,5%的情况下对模型进行冻融模拟,利用关键词“CONCRETE FAILURE”设定混凝土失效拉伸应变,对拉伸应变达到失效拉伸应变的混凝土网格进行单元删除。以此研究探讨不同含水率对钢筋混凝土墩柱保护层的表观损伤、体积损失率与轴心荷载-位移变化规律等,建立钢筋混凝土墩柱在不同含水率下的冻融损伤预测模型。

【Abstract】 This study is based on ABAQUS finite element analysis software, and uses python language to develop a script for setting the internal moisture content of concrete for finite element simulation of reinforced concrete piers. The freeze-thaw simulation of the model is carried out when the internal moisture content of the reinforced concrete pier column is 0%, 1%, 2%, 3%, 4% and 5% respectively. The key word “CONCRETE FAILURE” is used to set the concrete failure tensile strain, and the concrete mesh whose tensile strain reaches the failure tensile strain is deleted. Based on this study, the apparent damage, volume loss rate and axial load-displacement change rule of the protective layer of reinforced concrete pier column under different water content are discussed, and the freeze-thaw damage prediction model of reinforced concrete pier column under different water content is established.
