高校图书馆健康舒适性能及其对建筑环境综合评价的影响——以大连理工大学图书馆为例
Research on the Healthy and Comfortable Performance and its Influence on the Comprehensive Evaluation of the Building Environment:the Example of Dalian University of Technology Library
【摘要】 研究关注T/ASC 02—2021《健康建筑评价标准》中感官性要素舒适及建筑环境综合评价反馈,通过实地问卷调查与测量方法探究高校图书馆各类型学习功能空间感官要素的舒适性能表征及其对建筑环境综合评价的影响。结果分析表明各类型学习空间的健康舒适性能不同,物理环境、室内环境设计、人因尺度空间布局要素显著影响建筑环境综合满意度;其中,声环境、空间氛围、室内装修材料、个人学习区域尺度、光环境的舒适度依次是关键影响因子,以相关设计要素为侧重的学习空间优化与创新可为学生使用视角下图书馆建筑环境健康品质提升的发展方向。
【Abstract】 The study focused on the sensory factors in “Assessment Standard for Healthy Building” and the comprehensive evaluation and feedback on the living environment, to explore the health and comfort performance of different study spaces in university libraries and its influence on the comprehensive evaluation of the building environment, through field questionnaire survey and measurement. The results show that the health and comfort performances of the various study spaces in the library are different, and the perceptual comfort performance of the physical environment, interior environment design, and space layout of the human scale significantly affect the overall satisfaction level. The perceptual comfort of the acoustic environment, atmosphere, interior decoration materials, individual study area scale, and light environment are the key factors. The optimal design and innovation of the building space focusing on these factors can be the development direction for the improvement of the healthy quality of the library building from the perspective of student users.
