新型排水体制下的径流控制模拟研究

【摘要】 针对已经成为新建城区或老旧城区管网改造主流设计的分流制排水体制,分流雨水就近直接排放,导致的初期雨水污染严重、雨水资源化利用不足等问题,依据雨水截流方式的不同,提出了混合截流式分流制和非混合截流式分流制两种新型排水体制。利用新提出的非混合截流式分流制对某工业园区规划排水管网系统进行改进,研究表明,改进后的园区排口前峰值下降了约33.39%,管线开始蓄水时间比原来延后了约12 min,峰值出现时间延后了约10 min。在重现期1.5年下控制区内径流控制率可达85%,绿色雨水设施利用率提升64.20%,研究成果可为城市排水体制设计及雨水径流控制与利用提供新的解决思路。

【Abstract】 In view of the diverting drainage system, which has become the mainstream design of pipe network reconstruction in new urban areas or old urban areas, the diverting rainwater is discharged directly nearby, resulting in serious pollution of initial rainwater and insufficient utilization of rainwater resources. Based on the different modes of rainwater interception, two new drainage systems of mixed intercepting diversion system and non-mixed intercepting diversion system are proposed. The drainage network system of an industrial park is improved by using the newly proposed non-mixed closure diversion system, the research shows that the improved peak of the outlet exhaust decreased by about 33.39%, the pipeline began filling about 12 minutes later than before, the peak delayed about 10 minutes. The runoff control rate in the control area can reach 85% under the return period of 1.5 years, and the utilization rate of green rainwater facilities increased by 64.20%. The research results can provide new solutions for the design of urban drainage system and rainwater runoff control and utilization.
