【摘要】 首先运用文献分析法结合问卷调查法筛选总结出有关集成交付模式（IPD）下装配式建筑项目EPC总承包商所应具有的能力和特质的指标，其次运用粗糙集约简理论，约简了8个冗余指标，建立了由企业综合实力、财务水平、项目历史经验、信任能力、信息共享合作能力和企业文化6个一级指标以及23个二级指标组成的指标体系，最终通过计算指标的重要度，分析IPD模式下装配式建筑EPC总承包商所应具有的特质。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,we firstly use the literature analysis method combined with the questionnaire survey method to screen and summarise the indicators about the capabilities and attributes of EPC general contractors for assembly building projects under the Integrated Project Delivery(IPD),and secondly,we use the rough set simplicity theory to simplify the 8 redundant indicators,establish the indicator system consisting of 6 firstlevel indicators of the enterprise’s comprehensive strength,financial level,project history and experience,trust ability,information sharing and cooperation ability,and enterprise culture,and 23 second-level indicators,and ultimately,through the calculation of the index’s importance,we analyse the attributes of the EPC general contractors for assembly building projects under the IPD mode.更多还原
