【摘要】 政府部门、建设单位和其他参建单位的市场关切是决定总包模式能否顺利推行的关键。首先，确定研究对象、方法、思路、问卷调查对象和样本容量。其次，采用统计分析方法，对适用项目类型、市场主体、驱动力以及例外情形等四个方面的市场关切进行评价。最后，提出对策建议。研究结果表明，市场关切是推行总包模式的关键。本研究成果为提高政府部门、建设单位及其他参建单位的市场关切水平提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The market concerns of government departments,construction units,and other participating units are the key to determining whether the general contracting model can be smoothly implemented. Firstly,determine the research object,methods,ideas,questionnaire survey subjects,and sample size. Secondly,statistical analysis methods were used to evaluate market concerns in four aspects:applicable project types,market entities,driving forces,and exceptions. Finally,propose countermeasures and suggestions. The research results indicate that market concern is the key to promoting the general contracting model. The results of this study provide reference for improving the market concern level of government departments,construction units,and other participating units.更多还原
