【Abstract】 Green and low-carbon renovation of existing buildings is the development trend of future building renovation. Compared with the general renovation of existing buildings,the green renovation of existing buildings will incur certain incremental costs. On the basis of analyzing the connotation of green transformation of existing buildings and comparing the differences between green transformation of buildings and general transformation,this article sorts out the sources and structures of incremental costs for green transformation of existing buildings,and explores the optimization strategies for incremental costs of green transformation of existing buildings,in order to provide reference for relevant industries in carrying out green transformation of buildings.更多还原
