【Abstract】 Based on the research method of grounded theory,through the step-by-step coding of the prefabricated building lean construction case data and semi-structured interview data,the paper obtaines the optimization focus of realizing the sustainable development of prefabricated building,namely,production efficiency,economic benefit,implementation method,management mode and enterprise environment.
