基于曲率模态差的隐框玻璃幕墙结构胶损伤识别研究
RESEARCH ON STRUCTURAL ADHESIVE DAMAGE IDENTIFICATION OF HIDDEN FRAME GLASS CURTAIN WALL BASED ON CURVATURE MODE DIFFERENCE
【摘要】 鉴于应用曲率模态的隐框玻璃幕墙结构胶损伤识别研究较少,提出以隐框玻璃幕墙面板单块试件为研究对象,针对四边不同脱胶损伤进行模态试验并获取模态参数,通过模态分析获取模态振型,采用中心差分法获得曲率模态差,并利用Matlab进行绘图,针对不同工况损伤进行了一阶曲率模态分析。分析结果表明,结构胶脱胶损伤处的玻璃面板模态振型相比未损失时振幅发生起伏,但很难直接用于判断损伤位置,但损伤处曲率模态差值变化显著,采用曲率模态差法可以对损伤位置进行准确判定。
【Abstract】 In view of the fact that there are few researches on the identification of structural glue damage of hidden-frame glass curtain wall using curvature mode, it is proposed to take a single specimen of hidden-frame glass curtain wall panel as the research object, conduct modal experiments and obtain modal parameters for different degumming damage on four sides, obtain modal mode mode pattern through modal analysis, obtain curvature modal difference by central difference method, and use Matlab for plotting, and conduct first-order curvature modal analysis for damage under different working conditions. The analysis results show that the mode of the glass panel at the degumming damage of the structural glue fluctuates compared with the amplitude when there is no loss, but it is difficult to directly use it to determine the location of the damage, but the difference in the mode of curvature at the damage site changes significantly, and the curvature mode difference method can be used to accurately determine the location of the damage.
