马尔代夫某机场储罐基础不均匀沉降分析
Analysis on nonuniform settlement of oil tank foundation at an airport in Maldives
【摘要】 以马尔代夫某机场珊瑚砂地层的储罐基础为研究对象,分析了强夯碾压和充水预压后储罐基础与地基的变形特性。对储罐基础和地基地表土的长期实测资料进行分析,探讨了强夯碾压加固储罐地基的效果,获得了储罐环墙、底板和地基地表土沉降的变化规律;针对储罐基础在第一次充泄水预压试验后较大的平面倾斜与非平面倾斜,基于动力触探测试结果重新划分了强夯碾压处理后的地层分布;利用有限元方法进行第二、第三次充泄水模拟和分析,模型中考虑了地层的不均匀性,环墙测点的竖向位移的有限元分析结果与实测值吻合较好,结果表明:经强夯碾压和第一次充泄水预压试验后,地基土不均匀性和密实性得到了改善,后续第二次、第三次充泄水试验中储罐满载状态时,环墙最大沉降22.98 mm,满足规范中对储罐平面倾斜和非平面倾斜的限值要求,地基土变形基本稳定。
【Abstract】 The oil tank foundation in a coral sand stratum of an airport in Maldives was taken as an example to investigate the deformation characteristics of the tank foundation after dynamic compaction and filling preloading. Through the analysis of the long-term measured data of the tank foundation and ground surface, the strengthening effect of dynamic compaction on the oil tank foundation was analyzed, and the settlement variation of the ring wall, bottom plate, and ground surface was investigated. In view of the large plane inclination and non-plane inclination of the tank foundation after the first preloading test, the stratum distribution after dynamic compaction was redivided based on the results of the dynamic penetration test. The finite element method was used to simulate and analyze the second and third water filling and discharging tests. The inhomogeneity of the stratum was considered in the model. The finite element analysis results of the vertical displacement of the ring wall measuring points were in good agreement with the measured values. The results show that the non-uniformity and compactness of the foundation soil are improved after the dynamic compaction and the first water filling and discharging preloading test. The maximum settlement of the ring wall is 22.98 mm when the storage tank is fully loaded in the second and third water filling and discharging tests, which meets the limit requirements of the specification for the plane inclination and non-plane inclination of the storage tank, and the deformation of the foundation soil is basically stable.
