【摘要】 为研究高校老校区整体改造提升，以北京化工大学朝阳校区为例，分析了整体改造提升前期需求，制定了指导原则，提炼了“规划先行、总体设计”，“分解组合、逐步实施”，“科学组织、精细管理”，“质量为先、工程创优”实施策略。本次整体改造提升圆满完成了既定任务，老校区旧貌换新颜，师生的幸福感倍增，实践证明是可行的，有效提高了项目价值，可为相似项目提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the overall reconstruction and upgrading of old campuses of colleges and universities, taking the Chaoyang Campus of Beijing University of Chemical Technology as an example, the early needs of the overall reconstruction and upgrading were analyzed, the guiding principles were formulated, and the implementation strategies were refined, namely "planning first, overall design", "decomposition and combination, gradual implementation", "scientific organization, fine management", and "quality first, engineering excellence". The overall reconstruction and upgrading of this project has successfully completed the established tasks, with the old campus looking new and the happiness of teachers and students doubling. The practice has proven that it is feasible, effectively improving the project value and providing reference for similar projects.更多还原
