基于TRIZ理论的转炉废钢加入系统创新设计

【摘要】 用TRIZ理论进行了功能分析和因果链分析,确定废钢比低的关键原因,采用技术冲突、物-场分析和物理冲突工具对废钢加入方法进行了创新设计和改进,得到了4种方案。结合转炉炼钢工序,得到最优的技术方案为:在转炉停止冶炼倾斜受料时,将废钢通过输送机送到低位蓄热炉预热仓内进行加热,预热后的废钢,由低位蓄热炉预热仓底部的出料口进入废钢加料斗内,由移动平车将废钢加料斗移出后,由天车直接吊运装入倾斜受料位置的转炉内;在转炉直立冶炼时,采用提升装置把废钢提升到转炉高位,用溜管快速进入蓄热炉预热仓,废钢预热后经称量通过溜管加入直立状态正在冶炼中的转炉内。

【Abstract】 We use the TRIZ theory to conduct a functional and causal chain analysis for the scarp adding process and identify the key reasons for obtaining low scarp steel ratio in the production procedure. The technical conflict, physical-field analysis and physical conflict tools are used to design and improve the scrap adding method, and four novel schemes are obtained. Combined with the real-life converter steelmaking process, the optimal technical scheme is as follow: When the converter stops smelting and starts to incline and receive scraps,the scrap needs to be sent to the preheating bin of the low heat storage furnace through the conveyor for heating. The preheated scrap enters the scrap feeding hopper through the discharge port at the bottom of the preheating bin of the low heat storage furnace. After the scrap feeding hopper is moved out by the mobile flat car, it is lifted directly into the converter at the inclined receiving position by the crane.During vertical smelting in the converter, the scrap steel is lifted to the high position of the converter, and the scrap steel is quickly entered into the preheating chamber of the regenerative furnace with the chute. After preheating, the scrap steel is weighed through the chute and added into the converter in the vertical state of smelting.
