建筑报建智能审核应用推广中的挑战与对策——以上海市黄浦区报建方案自动审核应用为例

【摘要】 城市管理中的智能技术的应用越来越普遍,各地开始出现针对建筑报建的智能审核应用,从原理上讲能够提升现有审核效率,避免管理漏洞,但是此类智能技术都以描述设计的人机协同标准为基础,实现机器对人类设计的理解。这相对于传统人与人的协同标准而言,为一线人员带来了不少学习压力,某种程度上阻碍了该技术的推广。因此,借鉴世界范围内协同标准数字化的做法,提出对人机协同标准进行数字化升级改造的策略,同时也面对越来越多的人机协同标准提出了面向建筑领域标准的5级数字化模型。经过对比实验证明,一线人员的学习效率明显提升。
【Abstract】 The application of intelligent technology in urban management is becoming increasingly common, and automated code checking system has emerged in various regions. In principle,it can improve the efficiency of the existing audit process and avoid management loopholes. However, such intelligent technologies are based on human-machine cooperation standards that describe design to achieve the machine understanding of human design. Compared to traditional collaborative standards, this brings a lot of learning pressure to frontline personnel, which to some extent hinders the promotion of this technology. Therefore, the paper borrowed from the practice of standard digitization worldwide and proposed a strategy for digital upgrading of human-machine cooperation standards. The paper also proposed a 5-level digital model for building field standards in the face of an increasing number of human-machine cooperation standards. Through comparative experiments, it is proved that the learning efficiency of frontline personnel is significantly improved.
