【Abstract】 At present, the protection of historic buildings in China has become an indispensable part in the protection of historic and cultural cities and historical and cultural heritage. This paper summarizes the problems arising from the protection of modern historical buildings in Qingdao, and draws forth the interpretation on “the Guidelines for the Protection Technology of Historical Buildings and Traditional Style Buildings in Qingdao”. Taking the protection and repair design for the historic building on No. 71 Zhifu Road as an example, the paper discusses the ideas and methods for the protection and utilization of modern historic buildings in Qingdao, and provides a reference for the protection and utilization of Qingdao modern historic buildings.更多还原
