【摘要】 文章通过山西省太原市社区居民对社区卫生服务中心健康服务可及性整体满意程度调研，构建社区卫生服务中心健康服务可及性满意度评价模型。在前期访谈和查阅相关资料基础上设计调查问卷，采取整群抽样的方法，选择山西省太原市六个城区中10个社区的居民作为研究对象。整体来看，社区居民对社区卫生服务中心健康服务可及性的整体满意度较高，社区卫生服务中心应紧贴居民需求，进一步提升应急服务能力，改进健康服务设备，完善健康服务价格管理，改善健康服务态度。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article builds a community health service center health service access satisfaction evaluation model based on the survey of community residents’ overall satisfaction with the accessibility of health services in community health service centers in Taiyuan City,Shanxi Province. On the whole,community residents have a relatively high overall satisfaction with the accessibility of health services in community health service centers.Community health service centers should closely follow residents’ needs,further enhance emergency service capabilities,improve health service equipment,and improve health service price management,improve health service attitude.更多还原
