面向智能制造的工程训练课程教学环节设计研究
Design and Research of Engineering Training Teaching Link for Intelligent Manufacturing
【摘要】 近年来,在技术、社会和市场多方面要素的驱动下,世界各主要工业国都纷纷把智能制造上升到国家战略高度。为了顺应时代发展,北京林业大学工学院林业工程装备与技术实验教学中心引进了一套柔性自动化生产线。该生产线能够实现木制相框的全自动化生产,模拟真实的工程环境。在此基础之上,实验中心对工程训练课程中的数控实习模块进行了教学改革。此举实现了实训场地设备的升级,培养了学生的工程意识,将智能制造进一步融入了实验教学之中。
【Abstract】 In recent years, driven by various factors of technology, society and market, all major industrial countries in the world have successively raised intelligent manufacturing to the height of national strategy. In order to keep up with the development of the times, Beijing Forestry University engineering practice experiment center introduced a set of flexible automatic production line. This production line can realize automatic production wooden photo frame, simulate real engineering environment on this basis, the experiment center of engineering training course of numerical control practice link teaching reform. This has realized the upgrading of training facilities, cultivated students’ engineering awareness, and further integrated intelligent manufacturing into experimental teaching.
