【摘要】 通过面向生物类专业及食品类专业本科生开展生物化学实验室安全意识情况问卷调查，对生物化学实验室安全相关知识的基本认知及获取途径、实验操作习惯、化学试剂及危险化学品管理与使用、实验废弃物的处理、仪器设备使用、常见事故处理及急救知识掌握情况等实验室安全问题进行了研究分析，并从强化实验室安全意识、落实开放实验过程管理、实验室安全教育与课程思政教育相辅相成三个方面提出改进意见。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through a questionnaire survey on the safety awareness of biochemical laboratories for undergraduate students majoring in biology science and food science. The laboratory safety issues such as the basic cognition and access to the safety-related knowledge of biochemical laboratories, experimental operation habits, chemical reagents and hazardous chemicals management and use, the treatment of experimental waste, the use of equipment, common accident handling and first aid knowledge were studied and analyzed. And suggestions are put forward from the following three aspects: the establishment of laboratory safety awareness; the implementation of open experimental process management; the complementarity of laboratory safety education and curriculum ideological and political education.更多还原
