【摘要】 驻企专业实践是培养大学生实践能力的重要方法，也是提升动物药学人才培养质量的重要途径。山东农业大学动物药学专业从2018级本科生开始增加驻企专业实践环节，通过校企共同制订实践计划、全面的保障措施、层级管理制度和科学评价体系等多方面统筹，使驻企专业实践取得了圆满的结果，实现了学生、学校和企业的三方共赢。现对前期实践情况进行总结，为进一步提升驻企专业实践质量提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Professional practice in enterprises is not only an important method to cultivate college students’ practical ability, but also an important way to improve the quality of animal pharmacy talents. The students of animal pharmacy in Shandong Agricultural University began to increase the professional practice in enterprises from 2018 undergraduates. The results of professional practice were excellent for students, school and enterprises through making the practice plans by school and enterprises, comprehensive safeguard measures, hierarchical management system and scientific evaluation system.
