【摘要】 集团化办学是推进我国基础教育优质均衡发展的重要路径。在教育体制机制、参与主体、办学属性等多重因素作用下，集团内、外部存在诸多冲突与矛盾。基于冲突理论分析集团化办学冲突发生的根源、现状，发掘冲突的双向功能，特别是在推动机制完善、差异化办学和集约化发展等方面的积极作用，结合北京师范大学直属附校集团的具体实践，阐明如何正视冲突、整合冲突，并通过构建“安全阀”适应机制，“大学—附校”一体化发展和集约化变革等举措，为基础教育集团化办学高质量可持续发展提供有益的路径参考与经验借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Group school-running is an important way for China’s basic education to promote the quality and balanced development. Under the influence of multiple factors such as education system and mechanism, participating subjects and school-running attributes, there are many conflicts and contradictions inside and outside the group. Based on the conflict theory, this paper analyzes the root causes and current situation of group conflict, explore the two-way function of conflict in group school-running, especially the positive roles in mechanism improvement, school-running differentiation and intensive development, etc. Combined with the specific practices of the group of schools directly affiliated to Beijing Normal University, we elucidate how to face the conflict and integrate the conflict, and move forward the integrated development and intensive changes of "university-affiliated schools" through constructing a "safety valve" adaptation mechanism in order to provide useful references and experience for the high-quality and sustainable development of basic education group schoolrunning.更多还原
