【摘要】 量化积分管理是我国中小学常用的班级管理模式，在实现高效率和高秩序班级管理方面具有显著效果。在微观政治视野下，量化积分管理也蕴含着师生之间的微观权力运作与政治博弈，教师借助积分管理制订规则，通过权力运作对学生进行管理和规训以维持班级秩序，学生则运用主动体认、过度解读、表演乖巧和隐蔽反抗等策略，实现教师管控之下的自我保护或逃离。量化积分管理在助力班级管理的同时，也易导致班级育人生态发生偏颇，陷入管理误区。更多还原

【Abstract】 Scorecard is a commonly used class management model in primary and secondary schools in China. Although this practice appears to be efficient and effective in the class management, there are some micro power operations and political games between teachers and students involved in the implementation process. Teachers tend to manipulate the rule-making to discipline students and maintain class order. Students who enjoy a relatively low power will use strategies such as “active recognition” “over interpretation” “fake compliance” and “covert resistance” to respond to the practice. This paper argues that while scorecard may be helpful to manage the class, it also leads to deteriorate the class climate.更多还原
