住培制度下妇产科专硕研究生科研能力的培养

【摘要】 结合妇产科学硕士专业学位研究生培训现状,分析并探讨了实施妇产科学硕士专业学位研究生科研制度后的效果,以提高本基地专硕研究生的科研水平。构建并实施了多元化科研培训制度,对专硕研究生的科研能力进行多方位的培训,采用文本分析法分析实施效果。结果表明,实施科研培训制度后,妇产科专硕研究生的科研兴趣得到激发,科研成果较前丰富,毕业生发表论文数逐年增加,较为有效地提高了妇产科学硕士专业学位研究生的科研能力。由此可知,多元化科研培训制度取得了良好的实施效果,培训手段和方式固然重要,科研来源于临床的理念和浓厚的科研氛围更加重要,激发年轻研究生的创新能力任重道远。

【Abstract】 To analyze and discuss the effect of the implementation of the postgraduate research system of the master’s degree in obstetrics and gynecology in combination with the current training situation of the master’s degree in obstetrics and gynecology, so as to improve the scientific research level of the master’s degree in this base, a diversified scientific research training system was established and implemented. The scientific research ability of professional and postgraduate students was trained in multiple aspects. The implementation effect was analyzed by text analysis. After the implementation of the scientific research training system, the scientific research interest of the postgraduate of obstetrics and gynecology was stimulated, the scientific research achievements were more abundant than before, and the number of papers published by the graduates increased year by year, which effectively improved the scientific research ability of the postgraduate of obstetrics and gynecology. The diversified scientific research training system has achieved good implementation effect. Although the training means and methods are important, the concept that scientific research comes from clinical practice and a strong scientific research atmosphere are more important. It is a long way to go to stimulate young graduate students’ innovation ability.
