基于拔尖人才培养的学业导师评价体系构建——以重庆大学环境生态工程专业为例

【摘要】 通过研究分析现行的学业导师制度,找出了限制学业导师在提升学生培养质量方面的关键因素,进而重新构建了一套涵盖选拔、培训、考核、奖励等要素的针对拔尖人才培养的本科生学业导师评价体系。在重庆大学环境与生态学院环境生态工程专业进行两年实践检验后发现,学生参与学科专业竞赛和创新创业项目的比例和获奖率大幅提升,学生深造率显著提高。表明该体系在加强学业导师指导意义、提高本科人才培养质量方面有积极作用。

【Abstract】 After evaluation of the current system of academic advisor, this study identified the key issue that inhibited the role of academic advisor toward student training, then proposed a new system, which covered the selection, training, examination and rewards, to assess the effect of academic advisor. After application the new system in the major of Environmental and Ecological Engineering in Chongqing University, we found that the participation in professional competition and creative entrepreneurship competition, as well as the award rate were substantially increased, and the number of students who pursed further education was increased. This confirms that the proposed system has positive effect on strengthening academic advisor system and the enhancement of the quality of undergraduate talent training.
