【摘要】 分析了地方高校软件工程专业人才培养“形异而质同”的问题，并进行了探索。首先，通过搭平台、建机制和持续外引内培的方式，强化师德、师风和师能提升，打造一支行业特色多元化的师资队伍；其次，紧跟行业创新发展的新要求，构建面向行业的多层次教学体系；最后，通过引入行业特色项目案例到课内实验、课程设计、实习实训、创新创业等实践环节，打造层次递进的行业项目驱动的实践实训机制。以期为地方行业高校深化软件工程“一流专业”的内涵建设提供有益参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes and explores the problem of “different form but same quality” in the training of software engineering professionals in local universities. First of all, by building a platform, establishing a mechanism and continuing to introduce from the outside and train from the inside, we will strengthen teachers’ ethics, teachers’ style and teachers’ ability, and create a diverse team of teachers with industry characteristics. Then,keep up with the new requirements of industry innovation and development, build a multi-level teaching system oriented to the industry. Finally, by introducing industry characteristic project cases into the practice links of inclass experiment, course design, practice and training, innovation and entrepreneurship, we build a progressive industrial project-driven practice and training mechanism.
