【摘要】 为探讨基于以成果导向教育理念的教学模式在临床输血实习教学中的应用效果，选取2018年1月至2021年7月在广西医科大学附属肿瘤医院输血科实习的医学检验专业学生41名，将其中23名学生纳入对照组，18名学生纳入实验组。实验组采用OBE教学模式带教，对照组采用传统教学法带教，比较两种教学方法的教学效果。结果显示：实验组学生出科理论考试成绩明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（p<0.05）;实验组学生在自主学习能力、协作和沟通能力、分析和解决问题能力等个人能力提升评价方面的评分以及教学满意度评价均高于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（p<0.05）。因此，基于OBE理念的教学模式在临床输血实习带教中可行性强，可以激发学生的学习自主性，提高专业理论水平和实践能力，值得在今后的教学过程中推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the application effect of OBE-based teaching method in clinical blood transfusion practice. A total of 41 examination medicine students who practiced in the blood transfusion department of our hospital from January 2018 to July 2021 were selected. 23 students were included in the control group, and 18students were included in the experimental group. OBE-based teaching method was used in the experimental group, and traditional teaching method was used in the control group to compare the application effect of the two teaching methods. The theoretical test scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance(p< 0.05). Students in the experimental group were better than those in the control group in terms of teaching evaluation and satisfaction. Students in the experimental group scored higher than those in the control group in the evaluation of self-learning ability, collaboration and communication ability,analysis and problem solving ability and teaching satisfaction, with statistical significance(p< 0.05). The teaching method based on OBE concept has strong feasibility in clinical blood transfusion practice teaching, which can stimulate students’ learning autonomy, improve professional theoretical level and practical ability, and is worthy of popularization and application in the future teaching process.更多还原
