【Abstract】 A new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation is accelerating around the world. Cultivating a large number of diverse, innovative and outstanding engineering and science and technology talents is not only an urgent matter, but also a long-term strategy. Under the current situation, it is urgent to reform the undergraduate education and teaching and build “gold class”, which puts forward higher requirements for the professional level and comprehensive quality of teachers. As a teacher, the responsibility is great, and the mission is glorious. How to become a teacher who is popular and loved by students is a problem we should think about. Based on the author’s years of teaching experience, this paper expounds the key points of teaching philosophy, pre-class preparation, classroom teaching, teacher-student interaction and after-class guidance and four education teaching ideas are put forward.更多还原
