【摘要】 当前，我国进入了全面建设社会主义现代化国家、向第二个百年奋斗目标进军的新征程，综合国力竞争说到底是人才竞争，创新人才培养至关重要。“人与环境”是面向全校非环境专业学生开设的通识课程。通过从价值引领、批判思维及知识融合等角度，论述了在创新人才培养目标驱动下突出各相关学科与环境学科交叉创新教育的教学思考与实践。通过问卷调研表明，应对创新人才培养目标驱动下的教学改革显著提高了教学效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the new period when China has entered the comprehensive construction of socialist modernization and marched towards the goal of the second century, the competition of comprehensive national strength is the competition of talents. The cultivation of innovative talents is of more concern. “Human and Environment” is a general course for students from non-environmental majors in the whole university. From the perspectives of value guidance, critical thinking and knowledge integration, this paper presents the teaching thinking and practice of highlighting the cross innovation education between relevant disciplines and environmental disciplines while improving environmental literacy. The questionnaire survey shows that the teaching reform driven by the training goal of innovative talents has significantly improved the teaching effect.更多还原
